Where we stand
Shows, films and live events depend on the people who create and fund them. SyntraTV acts on valid notices sent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and on comparable claims from other countries. Where a notice passes the legal test, we take down the material it names or block access to it. The rules themselves are published by the US Copyright Office.
Sending a notice
Message +44 7451 256085 on WhatsApp and start with the words DMCA notice, so it reaches the right team member. Another route is the form on our contact page: pick Other as the topic and leave a WhatsApp number for our answer. Because no public email inbox exists, those are the two ways to reach us.
What a valid notice contains
A clear title or description of the copyrighted work.
Exactly where the material you object to appears, so our team can locate it quickly.
Contact details for you: full name, postal address, phone number and your preferred reply channel.
A good-faith statement that the use has no authorization from the owner, an agent of the owner or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your information is correct and that you hold the rights or may act for the holder.
Your signature, either physical or electronic.
How quickly we act
Expect a reply confirming a complete notice within 2 business days, and action on the named material within 5. When details are missing, we tell you which ones and hold the notice until they arrive.
Counter-notices
Anyone whose material was removed and who thinks the removal was wrong can reply with a counter-notice through the same two channels. Include the same identifying details and a statement under penalty of perjury on why the removal was wrong. For wider context, read our terms of service and disclaimer.
Scope of this policy
The policy applies to content on syntratv.best and to streams delivered through SyntraTV. Help with setup, billing or anything else that is not about copyright belongs with our normal WhatsApp support, so the copyright queue stays free for genuine notices. Be accurate
Please be sure before you file. Someone who knowingly makes a false claim, either that material infringes or that a takedown was an error, can be ordered to pay damages under the DMCA.
