The SyntraTV App Question: Trusted Players and One Login for Every Screen
SyntraTV runs inside player apps from known developers. Pick the right one for each screen, sign in once per device and skip the fake downloads.
There is no official SyntraTV app and no SyntraTV APK. SyntraTV is the service, while players like TiViMate, IBO Player, Smart IPTV and IPTV Smarters Pro do the playing. Your SyntraTV login reaches you in one of three shapes: Xtream Codes details (a server address plus your own username and password), an M3U playlist link, or a MAC-based portal for MAG boxes.
The same login works on the TV, the stick, the tablet and the phone. We never publish an APK, so any download carrying our name comes from someone else and may hide malware. The sections below match players to devices, walk through activation, switch on the guide and catch-up and fix the usual login errors.
Is There a SyntraTV App? The Straight Answer
No, and that is on purpose. Strong IPTV players already exist for almost every screen in the house. Their developers work on them full time, patch problems fast and keep adding guide search, catch-up and parental PINs.
A branded SyntraTV app would mostly repeat that work, and it would be one more thing to install and trust. Separating the service from the player helps a household in three ways:
Each person picks a comfortable player. The TV in the den and the phone in a pocket do not need the same app.
Switching is painless. Your login fits any compatible player, so trying another app takes minutes.
Downloads stay safe. You install from official stores or the developer's own site, never from a random link.
So a search for a SyntraTV app really means two things. You need a good player for your screen, and you need the login we send you. This page covers both, from the first download to the fifth screen in the house. Nothing here requires technical skill, and support can take over at any step.
Free players and paid upgrades
Many players are free to download. Some ask for a small license or a premium upgrade, which you pay to their developer, not to us. Extras like catch-up, recording or multiple playlists sometimes sit behind that upgrade. Our comparison of the best IPTV players weighs guide, catch-up and parental features side by side, so you can see what is free and what is not.
Why the player matters for catch-up
Catch-up and the guide come from SyntraTV, but the player decides how easy they are to use. A good player shows a clear grid, marks replayable programs and lets you jump back with one press. A basic player may only list channels, with no replay at all. If catch-up is part of why you chose SyntraTV, pick a player that shows it well, such as TiViMate or IPTV Smarters Pro.
Which Player Fits Each Device
The best player depends on the screen. This table shows the login format each device uses, our first suggestion and a backup. Every player listed shows the SyntraTV guide, and most support catch-up on supported channels.
Xtream Codes is a server URL plus a username and password. It loads live TV, movies, series and the guide in tidy sections. M3U is a single link with your details built in. A MAC portal ties the service to a box's hardware address, which support registers for you. Where your player offers Xtream Codes, use it.
Your welcome message says which format you received. If your player asks for something different, reply in the chat and support will resend the login in the shape your app expects.
Activating SyntraTV: From First Message to First Channel
Expect a working login within under 15 minutes of paying. A free trial goes through identical steps, minus the payment.
Name your screens. On WhatsApp at +44 7451 256085, tell support which devices you use. For a MAG box or a MAC-activated TV app, include the MAC your screen displays.
Get the player. Download it from the device's official store, or from its developer's site if the app must be sideloaded.
Wait for the login message. It holds Xtream Codes details, an M3U link or a portal confirmation.
Sign in. Copy each field exactly and give the playlist a name the household will recognize, such as "SyntraTV".
Let everything load. The first download of channels and guide data can take a few minutes.
Test a replay. Open a channel with catch-up and play something from earlier in the day.
Some TV players, IBO Player and Smart IPTV among them, may ask for their own app license after a trial period. That money goes to the developer. You will find every SyntraTV plan on the pricing page.
On a Fire TV Stick
Many top players are not in the Amazon Appstore, so Fire TV owners usually install them with the free Downloader app. Allow Downloader to install apps in the developer options, enter the address from the player developer's official site, then sign in. The Firestick setup guide shows each screen, and you can switch the permission off again afterward.
On a Samsung or LG TV
Smart TVs install players from their own stores, so there is no sideloading. Open the Samsung or LG app store, search for IBO Player or Smart IPTV and install it. The app then shows a MAC address and sometimes a device key. Send those to support, or add your playlist on the developer's website as the app explains. The Samsung TV guide covers each step with screenshots.
On Apple TV, iPhone and iPad
Apple devices install players only from the App Store, and the list of IPTV players there changes more often than on Android. Search for a player that accepts Xtream Codes or M3U logins, check its recent reviews and install it. Then sign in with your SyntraTV details as usual. If a player vanishes from the store, the copy already on your device normally keeps working, and support can suggest a current alternative.

Turning On the TV Guide and Catch-Up in Your Player
The SyntraTV guide and catch-up come with your login, but each player shows them in its own way. A few settings make both work properly.
Guide refresh. Let the player update the EPG at least once a day. Most do this on their own.
Time shift. If listings look an hour out, adjust the EPG time offset to match your time zone.
Catch-up icon. Programs you can replay usually carry a small clock or rewind symbol in the guide.
Replay from the guide. Scroll left or back in time, select a past program and choose play.
Catch-up runs on supported channels only, and each channel keeps its replays for a different stretch of time. If a program shows no replay symbol, that channel or that program is not available for catch-up. The catch-up guide and the EPG guide go through both features player by player.
In TiViMate, guide options sit in the settings under EPG. In IPTV Smarters Pro, look in settings for the EPG time shift. Samsung and LG apps often keep the offset in their own settings menu.
Favourites and reminders
Building a favourites list is the quickest way to make a big channel list feel small. Mark the ten channels your household uses most, and they appear in their own row or group. Many players also let you set a reminder from the guide, so a pop-up appears before a show starts. Both settings live in the player on that device, so repeat them on each screen.
When the guide stays empty
A blank guide on day one is usually a timing issue, not a fault. Large channel lists take a few minutes to match with guide data. Leave the player open, then force an EPG update from its settings. If some channels still show "no information", those channels may not carry listings. Support can confirm which ones do.
Adding the Same Login on More Screens
Apart from MAC-based boxes and TV apps, a SyntraTV login moves freely. Adding a screen means installing a player on it and typing in the details you already have. Earlier devices can stay signed in.
Players using Xtream Codes or M3U: just sign in on the new device. Support does not need to know.
MAG boxes: send the new box's MAC address, so support can register it.
Smart IPTV and IBO Player: their license belongs to the TV's MAC address, so a replacement TV may need a fresh activation from the developer.
The only limit is how many screens stream at once. That number comes from your plan: 1, 2, 3 or 5. A stream left running in another room still counts, so stop it before starting a new one. The SyntraTV subscription page explains how to choose the right screen count.
What does and does not carry across
The login, channel list, guide and catch-up look the same on every screen. Favourites, recently watched lists and resume points are stored by each player on each device, so they do not follow you from room to room. Set favourites once per screen, and they stay put.
Travel and second homes
Your login is not linked to your home address. Take a stick to a holiday rental, or sign in on a laptop in a hotel, using the same details. The screen limit follows you, so a program playing at home and one playing on the road count as two streams.
Setting Up Players for Everyone in the House
One login does not mean one kind of viewer. A good setup gives each person a player that suits them, all running on the same SyntraTV account.
Grandparents: a simple player with large tiles, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, with favourites pinned to the first row.
Sports fans: TiViMate on a stick, with the guide open and catch-up ready for games that started early.
Kids: a tablet player with a PIN on every category except the kids folders.
Commuters: a phone player for news and replays on the way to work.
Parental PINs are set inside each player, not by SyntraTV. Most players let you lock whole categories or single channels and hide adult-rated folders. Set the PIN on each device children use, since the lock does not travel between screens.
Our family IPTV page explains PINs, kids categories and screen counts in more depth. If anyone in the house gets stuck, a message on WhatsApp brings a person who can walk them through it, day or night.
Fake SyntraTV APK Sites and How to Avoid Them
SyntraTV does not publish an APK, so any "SyntraTV APK", "SyntraTV app download" or "SyntraTV mod" comes from someone else. Sometimes it is a renamed copy of a public player. Sometimes it carries malware built to steal passwords or push ads.
Red flags to watch for:
A page using the SyntraTV name on a domain other than syntratv.best.
Offers of free, unlimited or forever access with no plan attached.
Advice to switch off your device's protections, rather than allowing a single known installer.
Permission requests for your contacts, SMS or accessibility settings.
Pop-ups urging you to add a "booster", "cleaner" or extra VPN.
On Android devices, keep Google Play Protect switched on so it can scan installed apps. If you already installed something suspicious, uninstall it straight away and change every password you entered while it was installed. The FTC guide on malware explains how to check and clean a device.
Then tell support on WhatsApp, and we will issue fresh login details. If you spot a fake download page, send us the address so we can warn other customers.
Be just as careful with "activation" or "renewal" messages that arrive from unknown numbers. SyntraTV renewals only happen when you ask for them in our own WhatsApp chat, so an unexpected payment request is a warning sign.
The safe route is always the same: official store, known developer, then your own SyntraTV login typed in by hand. Nothing else is needed.
Fixing Common SyntraTV Login Errors
Most login errors come down to a few small causes. Check this table before reinstalling anything, because the fix is usually one field.
Message or symptom
Usual cause
What to do
"Invalid username or password"
A typo, a stray space or wrong capital letters
Re-enter both fields exactly; they are case-sensitive
"Server not found" or endless loading
Server URL typed wrong, or missing http:// or the port
Paste the URL from your welcome message, including any :port
"Account expired"
The trial or plan has ended
Renew on WhatsApp; support extends the same login
"Max connections reached"
More screens playing than the plan allows
End playback on one of the other screens, or add screens when you renew
Channels play but the guide is blank
EPG not downloaded yet, or a wrong offset
Refresh the EPG, then check the time shift
No replay option on a program
That channel has no catch-up, or the program is outside its window
Try a channel marked for catch-up in the guide
4K stream stutters
Weak Wi-Fi or a busy connection
Move to a cable or the 5 GHz band, and pause large downloads
Two habits solve many other glitches. Restart the device and the router, then open the player again. If an app keeps misbehaving, clear its cache or reinstall it from the official source.
If only one screen fails while others in the house play normally, the login is fine. The cause then sits on that device: an outdated player, a weak Wi-Fi signal in that room or a typo made while signing in there.
What to send support
A clear message gets a faster fix. Include your username, the device and player you use, and a photo of the error on screen. Say whether other screens in the house are working. With those details, support can usually spot the cause in one reply, day or night.
A login shared outside the home can fill your screens and block your own family. A few simple habits prevent that.
Keep the details in one safe note. You will need them each time you add a screen.
Never post them online. Strangers using your login take up the screens your family paid for.
Request new details if they leak. Support can reset them on WhatsApp within minutes.
Sign out before you sell a device. Remove the playlist from any TV or stick that leaves the house.
Update players from their source. Ignore update prompts that appear in pop-ups.
Support never needs your password to help you. Your username is enough, so treat any message asking for more with suspicion. To get a login in the first place, start with the SyntraTV free trial.
If you ever suspect someone else is using your account, for example when "max connections" appears while nobody at home is watching, ask support for new details. The old ones stop working, and you simply sign in again on your own screens.
Get a Free SyntraTV Test Login
Ask for a 24-hour trial on WhatsApp, add it to your player and try the guide and a replay on your own screen. No card is needed.
No. SyntraTV does not publish its own app. You watch it in a trusted player such as TiViMate, Smart IPTV, IBO Player or IPTV Smarters Pro, signed in with your SyntraTV login. That way each person in the house can use the player that suits their screen, from developers with a track record.
Where can I download the SyntraTV APK?
There is no SyntraTV APK to download. Any site offering one is unofficial and may contain malware. Install a player from an official app store or its developer's website instead. Then enter the login details support sends you on WhatsApp. Please report fake SyntraTV download pages so we can warn other customers.
How do I log in to SyntraTV?
In your player, select the Xtream Codes option, then copy in the server address and account details exactly as the SyntraTV welcome message shows them. Some TV apps take an M3U link instead, while MAG boxes connect through a portal linked to the box's MAC. Copy every character exactly, including http:// and the port number.
How do I activate SyntraTV on my TV?
Message support on WhatsApp, name your TV or stick and choose the free trial or a plan. Your login arrives in under 15 minutes after payment. Install a suggested player, enter the details and let the channels and guide load. If you use a MAG box or a MAC-activated TV app, include the MAC from its screen.
Can I use one SyntraTV login on several devices?
Yes. Enter the same SyntraTV login on every TV, stick, tablet and phone you own. Your plan sets how many can stream together: one, two, three or five screens. Favourites and resume points are saved by each player on each device, so set them up once per screen.
Why does my SyntraTV login say invalid or expired?
"Invalid" usually means a typo, an extra space or wrong capital letters in the username or password. A wrong server URL gives a connection error instead. "Expired" means the trial or plan has ended. Compare the details with your welcome message, then contact support on WhatsApp if the error remains.
Which player is best for SyntraTV catch-up?
TiViMate and IPTV Smarters Pro both handle SyntraTV catch-up well and show a replay icon in the guide. TiViMate suits Fire TV and Google TV, while IPTV Smarters Pro is easiest on phones and tablets. Some players keep catch-up behind their own paid upgrade, so check the developer's feature list.
Can I use SyntraTV on a Firestick?
Yes, and it is among the easiest screens to set up. Install the Downloader app, allow it to install apps, then add TiViMate or IPTV Smarters Pro from the developer's official address. Sign in with your Xtream Codes details. A Fire TV Stick 4K model plays the 4K channels.
